How is my registration confirmed?You will receive email confirmation from wowexperiencet2cl@gmail.com or jotform.com when your form is submitted.

How do I pay the initial deposit and can I pay in installments?Please use the payment forms linked in your WOW 2026 Payment Email. This email details all the information and forms needed to make your payments.

How do I make future conference payments?You can use any of the payment forms as often as you’d like. Please select the form for the payment type you want to use then complete and submit the form with your payment. (For Zelle, Cash and Check please follow the instructions on the confirmation page after you click submit in the form.)

What type of receipt and/or confirmation will I receive when I make payments?You will receive an email from “WOW 2026 Payment” that confirms you submitted the form. And, you will receive confirmation email from the payment type you selected (ex. If you pay via cash up the receipt is in your cash app activity)

If I need to change my occupancy status, what do I need to do?Please email us at wowexperiencet2cl@gmail.com Please include the details of your current occupancy and what you would like to change it to. If you will have a new roommate please include the roommates name and email. You can also update your add a note in the payment form with the details of your desired room change

If I am making a payment for someone else, what is the process?Please use the payment form for the payment type you wish to use. Please enter the information of the person you wish to pay for and leave a note in the special comments box with details to includes your name, your contact info, and the name of who you are paying for.

How do I get my conference balance information?Each registered lady participant will get an email update of how much they have paid and how much the balance is to complete the payments. This email will be sent 30 days before the scheduled due dates.

Does the system include the fee when I make my payment or is their an additional fee added when I submit my payment?All fees are included as described on the payment forms Except when you select “Other”. There is a note when you select “Other” explaining you need to add the fee to the total amount you wish to pay. Once you have calculated that fee and entered the payment amount including that fee there will be no additional fee added. In the event your payment was processed without the fee we will add the fee to your future balance.You will also be notified of the fee via email.
