We are only a few weeks away from our "Change Is Required" journey. We are also at the point of finalizing our financial stewardship obligations for the conference. As previously stated, all balances were due by July 31, 2026. 

 

Pertaining to our records, the text you received includes your current balance plus $25 late fee. We suggest making the payment via Zelle in order to avoid processing fees. You can also pay via Cash App and PayPal, but keep in mind there will be a processing fee for every transaction, so you will need to add extra money to cover it (see below about fees). The absolute last date for payment in full is August 18, 2026. Any balances unpaid after that date will result in cancellation of registration.

• For every payment you make via PayPal, Credit Card, Venmo or Cashapp you must manually add the processing fees with the balance. 

• Please note that all balances must be paid in full by August 18.

• Any registration with an unpaid balance after this date will be canceled.

Processing Fees:​ If paying your balance by Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo or Cashapp - you must pay the processing fees.

• Zelle: No fees

• CashApp: Add 3% plus .30 cent to your payment amount

• Credit Card/PayPal/Venmo: Add 3.49% plus .49 cent to your payment amount
