As a global business coach, master facilitator, and organizational development practitioner, Tish has spent over two decades supporting professionals worldwide during seasons of complex, life-altering change. As the Managing Partner of P31 Consulting and P31 Academy, her work spans

North America, the EU, the UK, Asia Pacific, and Latin America, where she partners with entrepreneurs, independent consultants and corporations to drive meaningful, measurable progress in their businesses.

Tish’s approach is backed by elite credentials, including a Change Management Certification from William Bridges and completion of the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation for Executives. She also brings deep governance and faith-based leadership experience, having served as a Board Trustee for the Philadelphia-Montgomery Christian Academy and in an advisory role for

the National Replication Task Force for Generation Hope. Using behavioral science, Tish takes the abstract, overwhelming idea of constant change and turns it into actionable, spiritually driven steps so you are positioned for God's renewal.
