Sabriya Jubilee

Reverend Dr. Sabriya Kaleen Jubilee is a servant-leader, bridge-builder, coach, scholar, and systems-thinker who lives by the ethos: “For my growth, the good of the collective, and God’s Glory.”

A fourth-generation Philadelphian, she is the eldest child of Randall Keith Jubilee, Sr. and the late Margaret Marie Jackson-Jubilee. Her spiritual foundation began at Upper Room Missionary Baptist Church under the pastorate of her godparents, the late Bishop Joseph C. Aiken, Sr. and Minister Jayne E. Aiken. She currently serves as an Associate Pastor at Heart of Worship Restoration Center under the leadership of Bishop Dr. Kevin M. Aiken and Executive Pastor G. Dwight Aiken, where she was both licensed and ordained.

A proud alumna of the School District of Philadelphia, and the current Chief of Equity, Dr. Jubilee earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal and Poultry Sciences with a minor in Africana Studies from Virginia Tech; a Master of Arts in African American and African Studies with a concentration in Education from The Ohio State University; a Master of Education in K-12 Educational Leadership from Gwynedd Mercy University; and a Ph.D. in Urban Education from Temple University. She is also an ICF-certified Professional Coach and systems-level leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, with expertise in policy design, implementation science, school improvement, and educational-equity.

An avid speaker and educator, Dr. Jubilee serves as an adjunct professor of Urban Education, Sociology, Psychology, and Human Services. She is also the CEO of Education Jubilee, LLC and The Titus II Movement Mentorship Program. Her life’s work centers on disrupting and dismantling systems of oppression while curating spaces for healing, liberation, and reimagined futures—particularly within education, faith communities, and leadership domains. She brings a rare ability to translate scholarship into practice and sacred reflection into actionable change.

She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated and the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW).

On August 30, 2025, Dr. Jubilee released her first book entitled Soul Echoes: A Devotional of Sacred Truths from the Elders. A self-published work, this devotional is a consecrated offering rooted in intergenerational wisdom, Christian faith, and lived experience. Through scripture, storytelling, reflection, and prayer, it invites readers to pause, listen, and remember the truths that ground, guide, and sustain us. This book speaks to seekers, leaders, and believers longing for depth, healing, and clarity in a complex world. In addition to the release of her first book, Dr. Jubilee has also launched her own self-publishing company, “Soul Jubilee Publishing.”

With a voice that is both pastoral and prophetic, Dr. Jubilee reminds readers that when we honor the wisdom of those who came before us, their truths will continue to reverberate—shaping how we live, love, and lead.

A teacher by calling, researcher by training, and minister from the heart, Dr. Jubilee is deeply devoted to living a life in alignment with the precepts of Jesus Christ. Her life’s decree—“Lord, my life is yours; do with it what you will!”—first spoken at the age of seventeen, continues to guide how she lives and serves. Grounded in Romans 12:1-2, 2 Timothy 1:12, and Hebrews 12:11, she is committed to spiritual restoration that begins at the soul level and extends outward into families, communities, and systems.
